At Loco Skates, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your skating experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new, unused condition.
Check Condition
Ensure your skates or hardware are in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been skated outdoors or show signs of wear.
Fill Out the Form
Complete the returns form included in your original shipment, specifying whether you would like a size exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit. Send the package using a tracked courier service to our returns department at the address provided on your invoice.
Processing and Refund
Once our workshop team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
